J+D for boy sway ?

Can anyone tell me if this is something thats really recommended if you are doing a boy sway ?

I'd never heard of this before until I'd come onto this site.

J and D is for PINK sways. Don't do that unless you want a girl.

No way. Not for a boy sway. I got my DD doing J&D with other things. You want as much swimmers as possible up there for a boy

Also conceive a girl with J & D amoungst other things. So definitely not for a boy sway

So sorry... Another question: what is advisable when it comes to BDing if you want to sway blue ?
My OH is quite happy BDing every other day. Is it recommended to focus on the 0 days ?
I have been using OPKs for the last few cycles and now learned that I usually O on CD 17/28

I would BD every other day 'til first postive OPK, then 3 times in 24 hours, like that night, next morning and next night. Good luck!

We've found that having more sperm in the reproductive tract helps sway blue for reasons we do not understand. Limiting yourself to one attempt at O seems to lower odds of conception and make you have to stay on diet for a long time.
