He's been doing it full force with me, does this up our chances at all.. or is there no point in him doing it with me. If you say there's no point -I'm not planning on telling him, misery loves company![]()

Honestly, it doesn't make much difference physiologically speaking, BUT it does help for moral support. And it's certainly easier for meal prep!
So yeah, don't tell him, but don't bother getting on his case about any meat/junk he eats otherwise either.Me (38) and DH (38)

if your OH loses weight they could be increasing testosterone levels, so personally wouldn't get DH to diet along with you

LOL Tigger!
Well, not that smoking is healthy, but it does sway pink......... I sure hope he keeps it outside thought!
I hope you guys aren't doing abstain then? If he does smoke that much you really don't want to be doing abstain, too risky for damaged sperm.Me (38) and DH (38)

It may help slightly, esp. the lowfat aspect of it.
The thing you need to be wary of, is that DH should probably not lose weight. Tubby hubbies seem to make more girls!!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Yea he goes outside :P He stands down there yapping all day with our landlord/his boss. Like old women they are!!
Well, problem with my OH is he also has low testosterone and very low sexdrive - soo all of it combined with me being on clomid, I am a bit worried. But he's said he will give it his best shot when we start! I just can't figure out
which way is the best way to about. DOn't think I can get him to do FR, abstain isn't good either.. so im hoping diet, metformin and clomid might do the trick on its own!2005

Hahahaha, too funny!! I wish my husband was more willing to change his diet for my sway. I have begged him to go vegetarian for the sway but he isn't entertaining the idea. He is taking his cranberry pills though.
Ladies please correct me if I'm wrong but don't soy products like tofu help a pink sway if the Dad to be consumes them? Thanks!2012 (my sweetest little bug)
