Swaying attempt - Natural

CM pH – 6.5 before BSF after ????

DH PH – Was btwn 8-9 normally but he took alphafa day before not sure of the effect?

Baking soda douche? no

Baking soda finger, how many times and for how long? 1x 1.5 hour before BD

Baking Soda bath: no

Pre-seed,no

Egg whites pH and type? Pasteurised frozen ones ph 9

Big O? Once a day for the week and 1x before with EW inserted, 1x after DTD


Minerals DW

Calcium? Cut out 99% dairy but didn’t worry about counting in vege etc
Magnesium? Didn't track at all.
Potassium? Didn’t calculate but did eat high potassium foods everyday plus 100mg potassium supplements x2 day as well as what was in ASG
Sodium? Didn’t track but added salt to everything took ASG which has heaps and Salty crisps EVERY night


DH minerals? just took a mens multi with everything in it... but I was cooking meals high in potassium and salt!

Diet

Duration of diet? 10 weeks
Dietary Changes? Added in more meat more breakfast (never ate before) small snacks regularly tried to never feel blood sugar drop more hot chips and junk food Ate NO sugar this was aHUGE change as I lived on it...LOL

Did you continue diet after attempt. If so for how long? Until BFP 11dpo
DH consume caffeine before attempt day? 2 cups a day- refused to give it up..

DH consume caffeine 1/2 hour or an hour before BD? Yes 45mins before V energy drink

Hormones? Weights 1 x week Gelatine drink up until 3 days before ‘o’ as I thought it dried me up?


Drinks? 1x V8 1x green tea , 2 serves ASG & 1 ural AF-O, lots of lemon water, 2x fruit juice

Comments? So blessed to have a BFP 1st month just hoping I did enough to swing the balance ! FX

You really start to question EVERYthing once you get that BFP I just hope stopping the gelatine was a good idea.......!! I really didn't think it would happen first month so was testing the effect for following months - oh well it is what it is now LOL
