    doppler question

I found out that this one particular sound I keep hearing is the placenta (sounds like a windy tunnel). It's always to the left (I have to move the wand a little to the left and tilt it to the left). Does that mean my placenta is to the left, or does that just mean the gestational sac is hanging out a little toward the left inside my uterus?
