first month on vitex.....AF came CD 24 instead of cd 30....shoudl i try again??

Okay so last month i started vitex....only 400mg every other day....at CD 9 i had an almost positive OPK and signs of O and i thought it was to early to ovulate so i quit taking it. CD 16-19 i did have a smiley face on my CBE digital for 3 days in a row, O cramps and lots of ewcm. im quite confused......i have read vitex can make AF come early but i quit it at CD 9. should i try it again and just keep taking it even if I O early or quit??? I liked how i had O cramps....i never have those, new cycle and just trying to decide whether to take it or not!!

Wow I thought it took weeks/months to take effect! Maybe I might get me some Vitex for my sway in 8 weeks time ;p Oh and it might help my horrid hormonal breast pain?

it made my breast pain worse. im debating trying a low dose this month and just going till it makes me O if its early....i have a liquid tincture 6mg=1 drop....that way i can take a low dose

We see it act very rapidly, def. within the first 1-2 months. I think it sways pink so I would give it a try.

Any time you alter your hormones you can affect things like cyclic breast pain - hope it works for you!

I think Vitex is worth the pain in the a$$ that it can be for pink swayers.

it did give me breast pain to!!i had tingling breasts after my supposed O.....thats why i was soooo sure i was pg
