how much is too much caffeine?

im back on a coffee kick but ill be ok quitting. my husb however is a daily coffee drinker plus soda about 3-4times a week.
how much is too much for DH (with regards to lowering sperm count).
and should i try to get him to lower duirng swaying months (2.5 mos)?

My DH has gone down to about two cups of coffee a day (from God knows how many) and is trying to cut out coke, etc. entirely. I'm trying to have sympathy for him but I don't like coffee and I don't drink cokes so it's hard.

I would try to get him down as low as you can but I do know there were some women on the IG spreadsheet who said their DH still had caffeine and they got boys. A few with the same problem also got girls though so who knows.

I would try to get him to cut back to 2 cups a day, but my husband drank more than that and we still conceived our last two boys.
