How do you count calories, protein etc in home cooked food? I can count it when I eat pre pack stuff with the calories and things listed but when it's home cooked I have no idea?! I tried calorie counter but it mostly list American prepared foods which some I haven't even heard of here is Oz

I am using Myfitnesspal and input all the data manually. Its database of foods is huge and if a food is not already on it, you can add it yourself.
