What's the optimum time to be on the LE diet? Is doing it for too long (5-6 months) detrimental to a sway attempt?

Optimum time would depend on what your weight is, how hard is it for you to stick to diet, things like that. To me, it sounds a touch long to be focused on food and counting values etc. You could always go vegetarian and stick to the higher calorie version of LE and then ease down closer to your attempt.

My BMI is 33.4, so I do have quite a lot of weight to lose. I might hold off another month or 2 though....I suck at sticking to diets!
