In regards to ions.. do you think it is ok to do, I am a bit concerned about the heat aspect though and it raising pH??

Electric blankets are on the list of positive ions.

I don't know if you read this or not (the link is in the Seasons and Swaying essay) but I have a study in cows that found warmth led to the conception of more males.

Just keep an eye on pH and see if it affects you in any way.

Also, with the ions do we start doing things now or only on attempt cycle? Such as incense, sleeping with a mobile etc?

The duvet keeps making me and DH feel hot. Does it need to be changed. As DH needs to keep himself cool?

Id say yes change it to keep DH cooler.

Yes I would. My husband likes to sleep in very cold rooms results = 4 boys
