    zyrtec or benadryl?

    what dries u up better?

    DS1 2010
    DS2 2012
    DS3 January 2020 - endometriosis - DH low motility

    Due Date 23.08.2021

    I thought Zyrtec is recommended and if the effect of it is not sufficient you can take benadryl additionally.

    it is different for everyone. zyrtec lasts longer

    I found zyrtec makes me much drier but I know some others have said benadryl works better for them. try both and see
