HELP! Pos opk but Dh works night shift? When is best time to bd?

Helloagain ladies, I think my strongest positive was at 11:30pm so we Dtd at 3:30 but Dh had to work night shift (but he had 3 structure fires and is exhausted physically so hoping good for testosterone from lifting heavy things all night lol? Anyways back to question is it ok to Dtd the next morning when he gets home and then should I wait to do it again that night or should I do it later afternoon? I'm just worried as it would be out of the 24 hour window for bd three times. Thanks again for responding so quickly

Sorry I only just now saw this.

Testosterone doesn't work that way, it's gradual things over time and not an immediate change like that.

I wouldn't worry as long as you get in ONE good attempt. If he's really just exhausted, give him a break, it's ok.

I work the night shift too and we have been trying to squeeze in our attempts before I head to work after we put the kids to bed.
Isn't so great for the "lay with hips propped for 30min" idea but if I don't go to work and make money their can be no baby...so pick your battles!
