can somebody tell me how to do lime douches

i want an explaination of how to make & to do a lime douche. I have read 50% water & 50% lime.
i have never done vg douches in my life, but now i must to practice for it. I have a syringe from antibiotica 5 ml. Is that enough? how deep in vg must go ? till cervix?
and do i have to lay down or sit or stay?
does it hurt?
i planning a girl sway and want to do only the lime dfouches nothing else because my ph is already 4.4...i got my second boy with ph 5.0.

I got my 4th boy with pH of 4.5. What you should take away from that is that it is NOT that you got a boy because your pH was too high at 5 because that is completely not true. It is that pH simply CANNOT be a magic bullet for pink. Blue swayers are also getting pink opposites with high pH. PLEASE don't stress/obsess over .5 difference in pH, that will send your testosterone thru the roof.

thanks ! my first boy i got with a ph of over 8 and a candida...
if ph doesnt sway then what really does sway? the diet right...and thats changing ph & hormones.
