Please ladies can you comment on my blue plan :
DIET:
-cut out all all caffeine and diary.
-concentrate on peanut butter, tomatoes ,pinapple and fruits.

SUPPLEMENTS;
Fertile CM 3X aday.
Robiticun 3X a day
Potassium pills 2X a day
Folic acid
4 tps salt every day .

DRINKS:
BSD 1x aday
7g of gelatin
One lemon everyday

Time :
BSF every 5 hours
My husband will abstain for 4 days
DTD 12 hours after the first happy face.
BSF 30 minutes before DTD (too confused , I think this will kill the little swimmers )

You don't need to cut out all caffeine and dairy, I think IG and French diet say no calcium, but most boy swayers on here go for full fat dairy.
You don't do Robitussin the whole cycle, just for the 5 days before O to increase CM.
You don't need to overdo it on the salt!
There is no evidence that BSF works, and many women find it very hard to get pregnant doing it.

I know you said somewhere else that you drink a lot of coffee, like 7 cups a day or something like that? I think its a good idea to cut back, you can still have a cup a day. I wouldn't eliminate dairy, alot of us successful blue swayers got boys while consuming dairy/full fat dairy.
Robitussin is only taken 5 days before O and O day. I think it is best to get your potassium from foods(coconut water, bananas, etc) than taking the potassium supplement. If you can I would add a fish oil supplement and vitamin D
Personally I hated the BSF and everytime I tried it I got a BFN. The month I stopped it is when I got pregnant. Using preseed I believe helps out a ton!!!
You don't have to salt everything, I don't think tons of salt sways boy, I would just use salt for taste if you want.
I didn't see any type of exercise/weight training on your list, I would definitely try and add that into your sway. If you are feeling overwhelmed by all the information I highly recommend getting a personalised plan by Atomic, she's awesome and you definitely won't regret it.
The 3 most important things I believe for a successful blue sway is
HE Diet, Weight Traning, and Preseed.

Diet - HE diet, eat every 2-3 hours, protein and carbs together every time, dont cut dairy.
Supps - i would add fish oil and prenatal
Drinks - Green tea, V8, lemon water
I would drop BSF and use preseed if you dont have enough ewcm.
Timing - DTD every 2-3 days, then when you get a +opk DTD 3 times in 24hours.
