So I use lavender scrub (I made it out of coconut oil, grapeseed oil and lavenders I picked n dried plus sugar for scrubbing) but.... I found a epson salt bath that has lavender in it it's also got mag sulfate, potassium sulfate, zinc and calcium silicate in it. I haven't tried it yet. Since our skin absorbs 70% of what we put on it in ~40 seconds I'm thinking the salt in here might be a no no for a pink sway.
Wishing I could easily get my hands on a bulk bag of mag and calcium I'd make my own bath soak.
Ps. I'm interested because I'm a high stress person.. I'm sure with my job I have a stronger personality than average so I want to incorporate relaxing things into my sway and obsess less.
Thanks![]()

I'm including it for relaxation. But not of the school of low-salt.
I don't know that any one thing could upset a sway (or "make" a sway either).
But get what you mean about absorption; I have reduced my use of coconut oil (which I usually moisturize all over 1-2/day as well as eating)
So many choices! Have fun planning something you feel good about.

I don't believe that sodium even sways, but if you wanted to play it safe, you would avoid it.
