Salvia = sage good for drying up breastmilk.
Peppermint is also drying, they work the opposite of antihistamine and dry up secretions (such as breastmilk or EWCM). Not very effectively at all, which is why people take antihistamine for allergies and not peppermint or sage.
Some people use peppermint for fixing issues related to PCOS. People sometimes have fertility problems from having TOO much estrogen and testosterone. So when we use peppermint, it is meant to lower testosterone for all of us. For someone with PCOS, this would help get them ovulating normally again so it would appear to help their fertility.!!!
