Zirtek will work great. You should only need 5-10 pills for each cycle as you just take 1 pill each day for either 5 days before ovulation or starting the first day you notice EWCM.

zirtec is fine just check the active ingrediants make sure it says ceterizine - its the ingredient your looking for, not the brand (as there are different types with zirtec in the UK and i'm not sure all type of anti-histamine sway pink)
Just bear in mind as well in the UK that you cannot take zirtec and benadryl together - that combination is only ok to when you combine ceterizine and dipenhydramine - benadryl in the UK does not contain dipenhydramine like it does in the US; they stopped it here in anti histamine as it made people too drousy, its in sleep aids now.
Any other active ingredient just check with AS or post it as your body does not react to all in the same way
