    lemon water

    I drink lemon juice with stevia everyday but i read You drink lemon added to water ?! Is there a difference between them ?!

    I think lemon is better mixed with water, straight lemon juice is bad for your teeth. I have mixed feelings about stevia, I don't think we have enough data to say for sure whether it sways blue and also about safety.
