I got myself some strawberries yesterday and I've discovered two things.

Peppermint strawberry tea.... just filter out peppermint tea, slice a strawberry up and pop it in the glass. Leave to cool in the fridge. Just tasted some and it's lovely.

Homemade strawberry yoghurt - I just use Asda fat free cheap yoghurt, Canderel sweetner and slice up 5 strawberry and mix it up. It doesn't raise blood sugar very much, either.
