I read that taking a cinnamon supplement lowers blood sugar. Is this true? Would it be beneficial in a girl sway?

I would like to know how everybody is using it as well! Also how much ???I plan to put it in my coffee of a mourning
Yum Christmas coffee everyday
. Maybe on some toast with some sugar like 1/2 a teaspoon on two slices and it is yummy on deserts such as rice pudding! I am pretty sure I read you need a teaspoon of it a day, please correct me if I am wrong???
Hoping for a pink rainbow!
