Q for workout junkies swaying pink

I'm not planning on swaying til next year but I'm already sorta stressing about this!
If you're a total workout junkie like me, do you plan on cutting out your workouts while swaying? Plan on reducing muscle so testosterone is reduced?
I can't decide if I'm going to or not. Ireally dont feel high testosterone matters personally, I'm definately just slightly toned even though I work out a lot, I don't think I have much testosterone... but I did workout A LOT while concieving both my boys. I don't think I could really keep up with my workouts while eating the girl diet where you can't really eat anything lol, but then again I need my workouts to stay sane!
What do you plan on doing??

I was meant to be trying for a girl may/June but now I'm waiting a couple of months longer. I run to keep fit and sane I've stopped body toning and took up bikram yoga(not sure if that sways) but it's something different I took up after my 2 boys and I love boxfit because it's a great cardio which is good for girls and Apparently we need one hour of cardio a day for trying a girl good luck and hope we get those girls

I find the workout one a hard one too because quite a few people that I know that have a few girls I would say have a pretty good amount of muscle mass and I would say they were more on the masculine side than I would be, not saying they don't look like girls but not hugely feminine (I hope that does not sound rude)
I don't think that I have great muscle mass, never really have, and I don't think that I have huge testosterone levels either, I am scared to do the wrong sway though so I am going to try to stick now to cardio, as much running as I can do.

Oh I love yoga, I've never done bikram, or heard of it honestly! I was thinking of switching to doing tons of cardio, running and maybe turbofire dvds (minus the toning workouts). I read you're supposed to work til you are exhausted and honestly turbofire is the only thing that does that for me, I can't even finish the 45 min EZ class LOL its a killer. I'm either going to do that or do nothing since that's the opposite of what I did with my boys. I just worry about getting to out of shape, I can't stand feeling "jiggly". I know you're not supposed to start new workouts once you get pg, and after almost 2 mo no workouts I dont 'know if that'd be considered starting a new workout... i ran up til 3 days before I had my 2nd son. ugh!
good luck to you!! hope we both get our girls =)

I decreased my weight lifting and really increased my cardio--I'm a spinning addict but the diet and lack of protein made workout difficult and I feel like my arms are not as defined as they were. Even with spinning I did it at a lower resistance than I normally do, afraid of increasing muscle mass.
    3 handsome s!
    our sway worked!
Thought we were done...but expecting a surprise #5 nub looks promising for --shock of our life!

I have thought a lot about this as well. I think my plan will be to stop my weight lifting but try to walk 30 minutes a day. I just don't think I can swing the hour per day.

I look back at the time when I conceived my sons (not swaying), and with my first son, I exercised less because I read that it helps fertility (I was on clomid). With DS #2, my exercise habits were pretty good, so I'm not quite sure the exercise factor affected me. However, I DO think I have high testosterone, so if I stop weight lifting, maybe that will lower enough to affect my sway towards pink!

I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one struggling with this! I too have noticed a lot of girl moms do A LOT of cardio, I know a lot of runners who have all girls but then again I have personally noticed most overweight women have daugthers, so it's like either they are obsessed with working out, or do none and I don't want to do the wrong thing! It's all just so confusing! thanks jjc for your input!! you really researched it!! that helped a lot!

Bikram yoga is doing yoga in a 40 to 50 degrees room so you are really hot and sweaty but like I said I'm not sure if that sways a girl or if somebody knows they might like to answer. It just makes me hot which favours girls and two of my friends that did it longer than I did both have only girls.

belle, i have seen that on youtube. i was thinking maybe thats what you were talking about but didn't want to sound crazy if i was wrong! i can't even run outside on a hot day, i can't imagine doing yoga in a hot room? Is it like power yoga? or more like relaxation/stretching yoga? i can't remember from the video but I remember everyone in tehre was red in the face and sweating buckets.

jjc - i have totally started noticing everything about girl moms!! even in the gro store i'll glance at their shopping carts LOL not in an obvious way but like hmmm whats she have in there... i have noticed the same as you, i have always noticed overweight women having all girls, but then runners have them too so im like whats up with that? its so opposite. not that its 100% failproof but my side of the fam is all girls, not big on working out but all thin from dieting.
i'm 5'8 and 122 pounds so that's why i was thinking no workouts sort of.. i mean with eating 2-3 large meals, and very low nutrient food like that AND working out like a maniac i dont know if I would be able to get pregnant. My blood sugar is probably on an even path, I eat every 2 hours, really small meals, balanced diet. the IG diet is a complete opposite from my daily food I honestly eat nothing off that list normally but chicken. I know you've done a lot of research, if you were me do you think you would go cold turkey on exercise or just do tons of cardio?

I know it seems weird but the thing of it is, it's not being super thin or being super heavy that sways, it's the decline in fertility that BOTH those things can cause.

I personally think lots of exercise is the "best" sway but I strongly urge you to let go of some things like timing, in order to get pg the first or second month.
