I have everything in my life in perfect order. I have a financial binder, a household binder, and a homeschool binder. I'm in constant competition with myself to see if I can save 1 more penny, or fit in one more scheduled activity. I need ways I can still keep a hold on my life, but not be obsessing like I do. Does anyone have tips or experience with trying to relax about these things? I've tried to just "forget" about the binders and go with the flow (lasted about a week), but I ended up freaking out and going through everything and making sure I hadn't overlooked anything important. I want to avoid doing thatSo I'm looking for a balanced way to relax, but still make sure the things that need to get done are getting done.

Well the only way I could think of is to have someone do it for you. Like buying a swaying plan and having your husband do the budget maybe? Or just assigning as many tasks as possible to other people, like hiring people to help you or getting your friends to help.

I am quite similar in personality. I am planning everything out now and spending time getting things 'ready' so that when sway time comes (in a few months) everything will be fairly in order already. I can't completely change my personality but there are a few things I can temporarily relax. ie trying not to write a 'to-do' list, just remember a few things in my head. Plus, putting things in a draw to 'file' at a later date rather than doing it straight away and waiting until I find the house getting untidy and messy before doing housework rather than a regular schedule of doing certain things on certain days.
I hope that helps a little!xLove my Boys

I suspect that skipping your program would be more stressful for you than just continuing it. Keep it up, it's your "thing" and you may find that as your sway goes on, you may just find you don't quite care as much as you once did.
