Okay so, opinions please because my O date is fast approaching.
Have no been on LE, have not lost weight.
Have not been eating healthy, so not many nutrients.
My hair is dry, weak, breaking. My eyelashes are falling out and my nails are cracking.
I need nutrients, like a multi vitamin.
What's best? TTC with my body like it is now...no weight loss not many nutrients.
Or doing an LE diet of sorts but adding in a multi vitamin. I really want my eyelashes!

Ok, I need more info about what you're eating.
The LE Diet is not only about cutting back, it's also about getting enough nutrients for your health and to have a healthy pg and if you are not doing that, we need to correct it.
I think it's a terrible idea to eat a lousy diet and then take a multivitamin. That's like the worst of both worlds - bad for your health and bad for your sway. Because there are lots of nutrients that are not IN multivitamins and if it's those you are lacking, a multi will not fix the problem and will wreck your sway anyway.
LE Diet is NOT starvation, it's not no nutrients.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Far from starving that's why I said my blood sugar is kept up.
Honestly I'm pretty much just eating chocolate and cheese pizza.
I was thinking of doing a strict LE but adding a multi vitamin because I can't stand whatever is making my hair and nails crap. But then I was wondering if TTC under my current conditions might be better. Not many nutrients but blood sugars up always pretty much.DS #1 - 2010 Liam James
