Hi ladies I thought I might pop in and put some info I have got from my immunologist, she told me not to give my boy milk as it increases mucus . I got reading after this and purchased the fighting allergies with the blood test diet book and the book also says that if your group A and drink milk it will increase your mucus production. I don't know if the amount even sways just thought it might be some useful info! I know I am A and I have always had more than enough cm and maybe dairy/milk I might avoid around O day also might have something to do with why drinking lots of milk have got ladies boys anyways there it it! who knows what it means maybe Atomic might find it of use!
