A Question about Diet and PH

This may sound like a stupid question but my ph is about 4 to 4.5 without being on the girl diet. so if i was to take my supps and cut out salt and bananas and so on do i still need to go on the girl diet with having my ph so low already?

I'm new to this, so hope someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but another reason to go on the girl diet is to simulate being in a time of food shortages/to lose weight which are more likely to sway pink, and not just for pH/hormonal reasons?

Yes. We cannot know for sure which aspects of the diets produce the results and you cannot just rely on pH alone. Diet is crucial.

Where are you in your cycle? If you're not near O it's likely you'll be around that ph. But at O it spikes. Mine was under 5 in the weeks before O and then spiked up to mid 7's at O.

What is it at O??? It doesn't matter what your pH is at any other time because the acidity of the vaginal secretions make your pH always 4-4.5 until O, when the EWCM shows up. The EWCM is the important bit.

No worries on DH, many people's DH won't sway and they still get their DG. What the wife does is much more important for the diet.

THANK YOU! yeah my husband is not on board 100 percent with things so makes it hard..... even though when you look at it the things you ask of them arent really that hard to do.. MEN! ha ha. He will take the supps and will drink crystal light so i will just use sweetner in some other things of his if i can! I should really look this up myself but are " Uncle Tobys Quick Oats " ok to eat on the girl diet?
