Ive devised 2 sway plans for myself- can't decide which to do! Which would you do?

Hi girls.

I've been researching for about a year now. We're going to start ttc in dec. I've started to ease myself into the LE diet. I'm a bit torn between my other options though...

1) Do LE,
Yasmin for 4 months + clomid
LR for dh
1 attempt

Or
2) Do LE
Take vitex for 4 months (while not ttc) and SP 6 weeks prior
LR for Dh
1 attempt
Antihistamines, rephresh

What do you think? X

Both are good in their own ways but I'd go with number 1

Personally I have chosen to stay on the BCP until our attempt. With my previous kids I conceived without trying & I wanted to make sure this time I had some say & control over our attempt.

BCP makes me a bit crazy but I'm willing to do it if it sways harder than the vitex+ sp

you'd do the clomid after stopping the BCP, you mean? following your first post-BCP AF?

I'd pick a clomid sway over anything else any time for swaying strength, if you're OK with the risks of clomid

you can't take vitex and SP whilst taking clomid, you'd have to stop those before taking it. Personally I'm not convinced by the vitex results we've seen to even think it sways pink (not that it sways blue, just don't believe it sways)

Yeah I mean stopping the BCP or vitex/SP before taking the clomid. I'd only be taking clomid for swaying purposes.

I would def go for number one and, if it is allowed, add anthistamin to that sway.

Yeah I think I might add antihistamines. Do you think rephresh would be too much with the clomid?
