I'm seriously missing chunks. They are so weak and keep falling out. And I'm not wearing make up.
Would Biotin and a lil B6 really be that bad?
Better than a prenatal?

If you're that malnourished that your eyelashes are falling out, EAT MORE. If you're that bad off, the appearance of your eyelashes is the least of your worries.
The only people who should be taking biotin are those with a proven biotin deficiency. Our bodies MAKE biotin out of the foods we eat.
If this is being caused by a dietary deficiency, then it would take weeks/months for it to get better by taking those things. In the meantime this would hurt your swya.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I take biotin because my hair started falling out a few years ago from the metformin and the biotin really helps prevent that. I didn't realize it swayed blue.
It does sound like you're malnourished in general with all of the other symptoms you're having. Don't want to be preachy but remember you've still got your little boys who need you to be healthy for them.

if you are on medication that is a different scenario because metformin can actually interfere with the absorbtion of some nutrients. I know for a fact that metformin inhibits B12 absorption and it may interfere with biotin as well. But anyone who is not on metformin, don't worry about your biotin.
