Hi everyone! I have been wanting to try a small sway diet out and want to track my sodium, protein, fat, and calories per day. Any recommendations for good websites that keep track of these things? Especially ones that are free or very low cost? Thanks!

A lot of people use MFP (my fitness pal) but I do want to let you know that sodium and potassium are not always reliable on there. I like Self.com because they are reliable even on sodium and potasisum. (both free)
