It's hard to tell.....I know the girl parts can be swollen at this point and look like boy parts. Are you finding out the gender? We aren't finding out and I am going crazy having people guess what they think we are having based on the shape of the skull! Do you have a good side profile shot of the skull you could also post?

We are/have found out. This shot was from an elective u/s where we found out gender. I'm just curious to see what others think!

I say that's a girl. At 16 weeks I think a penis would be a lot bigger and more protruding. That just looks like swollen girl bits to me.
