    vitex and then soy???

I have seen several swayers that said they did this. I know it says don't take both together so guessing they take vitex for x amount of months then switch to soy? Just wondering what this is all about and if I should add to my sway. I did soy last time( w/ antihistamene no extra cm)but still think it might be good to add.

After so many boys I'd stay away from soy since It's an uncertain thing.

I know a few people have done this (or more commonly, vitex then Clomid) but I think it's more trouble than it's worth. So many people don 't even ovulate while taking vitex nonstop, if you're using V to kickstart ovulation then I think it's going to be too hard for you to O while taking the V. Then that leaves you waiting around for an uncertain time period waiting to ovulate and then get AF on the soy/Clomid (because you have to wait for AF to start the soy/Clomid)
