    Trying to plan my sway and have a few questions :)

    Sorry if any of these have been asked before but I have a couple of questions. First one is about exercise- I am fairly thin already 5'2 and 105lbs I currently walk 3-5 miles 3-5 days a week and have been for the best several months sooo my question is should I stop?! Or can I continuing walking and just bump it up to 6 days a week?! I walk for well over an hour at a decent pace.
    My next question is about rephresh I went and looked at my local rite aid today and they had the 12 supply of gel (3 applications) for $22 which is what I assume I need, but they also had a kit for$9?!
    My final question is about sugar.... For the LE diet do you cut out sweets/sugar?
    Any responses are greatly appreciated thanks so much ladies

    1)I'd increase exercise to 6 days a week

    2)You want the RepHresh jelly, not the "balance kit"

    3)No, you don't. Only peopel with PCOS/insulin resistance have to limit sugar and carbs. The rest of us typically eat more sugar/sweets on LE than we normally do.
