Thinking of giving this a go. No idea whats best to use or how to make it or best way to get it in there!! Is there any links/advice?

This has a good outcome on stats? I am just trying it this one month then cont with my proper sway next cycle as ive only been on the diet a week. I am worried im heading for xmas and ill never cont with le come dec and want a baby so didnt want to waste this cycle waiting. BUT I want a girl so thought id try tge douche x
