Is there anyone else in their second trimester continuing to be sick on a daily basis?! Any tips to ease it?

I'm here with you I at this point have given up it easing up everytime I think hey I'm not feeling too bad then it hits me like a ton of bricks I am lucky in that I rarely actually through up I'm just super nauseous all the time I hope yours lets up sometime soon!!!

I was with DS1... I was prescribed Maxalon, which I took 3x a day and was also told by my OB to stop taking my prenatals as the iron could be contributing to the all day sickness. I felt SO much better after taking the Maxalon and stopping the prenatals.
Hope you feel like yourself again soon. It's the absolute worst!!!DS1 -

I would try and change your prenatal... I was taking one with omega and it was a gel cap and it made me soooooo sick and once I thought to try and change to a normal materna VIt my sickness lessend a lot... Also taking them right before going to sleep helped a lot... Diclectin was a life saver also

I have not tried it myself but I am told a high protein, low GI diet can help. Makes sense as it avoids the peaks and troughs in blood sugar but is the opposite of what pregnant women are often told to eat to counteract nausea
