This question has been bouncing around in my head lately and my logic would say that it would sway pink but I wanted to see what you ladies think. Doesn't microwaving food kill many of the nutrients which is what we're trying to achieve? I know it's way healthier to eat your veggies/fruits raw or lightly steamed/sauteed and to stay away from the microwave (in an unswaying world at least). What are your thoughts?
BTW - when I say "microwaved food" I do not mean TV dinners (processed food)...I'm talking about whole fruits/veggies.
