    Question Pin himalayan Salt Q

I have heard lots about the benefits of Himalayan salt , but is it good for boy swaying ? TIA

I did a quick search of it and it does seem like it would be good for a boy sway. Just remember too much of a "good thing" isn't always good for you, I would say go ahead and use it but don't go overboard.

I think that the pink salt is better for you than refined salt. It has more minerals/trace elements etc in it that your typical iodized table salt. Just substitute it 1:1.

the prob that I see with sea salt is that most of the kinds do not have iodine. You need iodine for healthy pregnancy, so if you are eating only sea salt and avoiding dairy (some dairy has iodine in it) then you may not be getting enough. You may want to add in 150 IU iodine supp or use a prenatal/multivitamin that has this amount in it.

Thanks for pointing that out, Atomic. My prenatal does have the full dv of iodine. Rainbow Light Prenatal One is a great vitamin!
