YES, I had big O with both DD and DS. I was dieting like a mad woman and doing cardio marathon sessions to lose weight for a big trip DH and I were taking to Thailand/Australia. In hindsight, the perfect girl sway.

I wasn't specifically on the LE diet, but I was never really hungry in the morning so sometimes I would eat breakfast most of the time I didn't eat anything until a few hours after I got up. I drank lots of coffee, I did eat meat and vegetables and sweets, but I was lucky if I got in 2 meals a day. My body just ran on caffeine. Some days my lunch and dinner was like a bag of doritos and a pint of icecream for dinner washed down with a coke.

Really dloui? Wow you eat so little! I've heard caffeine (coffee) can keep you full throughout the day...maybe I need to do that because by 9:00a.m. I'm starving, but somehow I manage to make it till 11:00 a.m. it's such a HUGE change/challenge for me. Wow! I'm shocked at everyone's responses I really thought you had to avoid them...hmm?

Wow, loving your dinner plan. Wishing DH would let me get away with that!
