Hi Dr. P.
After 2 failed cycles due to having no normal girls to transfer and having done 24 chromosome screening both times- on day 5 and some on day 6..would you rec. it again for me for this last cycle? I am 38.

I am so sorry to hear of your difficult time with this. I would still recommend 24. Take your first cycle, how many transfers and frozen transfers would have resulted from the 5 girl embryos that you had and to what end? The 24 chomosome testing will give you the truth. Hopefully you will have better luck next time.

I am not so concerned about the money (as I probably should be at this point..), I am scared to transfer an abnormal but also scared of not giving my embryos the best chance possible...I know these are tough choices to make. Is there usually a certain amount of embryos that you say a cycle should yield in order to go for the 24 testing and if so is that b/c of the financial reasons?
