Does anyone know if getting acupuncture is a good thing to help sway? I'm thinking it would be a good thing to help me overall right now. I've been on the LE diet for about 3 months now, been TTC for the last 2 cycles now moving on to cycle 3. First month I missed ovulation, second month I got so horribly sick during the 2ww and this month I completely threw my low back out and have been out of commission for a week with my period starting today. I'm 36 and going to be 37 in April and don't want to waste anytime so wondering if anyone has any experience and know if it's beneficial in swaying pink?
Thanks for any thought!

I personally think that acupuncture would sway blue (if it does anything)
Acupuncture for relaxation is ok, but for boosting fertility I would avoid it!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Ok Thanks! I guess the fact that I'm falling apart is a good thing to sway pink? Should I add more attempts?
I really want to add the exercise element in but until I can move without pain I can't do anything. I've been on pain killers for a week now and just sick of hurting. That is wearing on me more then anything!

Well, I'm not sure things like back injuries actually sway and my personal experience has been that it's something that just starts to happen when we are over 35 - nothing to do with swaying, it's just our bodies are starting to wear. I had a lot of pretty awful aches and pains when TTC my 3rd at 36, and I was eating super healthy with him. Painkillers probably do sway pink at least a little bit.
No PLEASE don't add more attempts ntil you're absolutely sure you can't get pg without adding them, we have been getting such good results with one attempt. I would rather see you drop frequency, jelly, and antihistamine before adding attempts and absolutely drop timing and have one attempt at pos OPK for best odds of conception. You can get pg with one attempt but not if you're doing a bunch of other stuff to sway.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Lol yes age does start to wear on you with aches and pains. I know this is probably the weakest I've ever been since I've completely dropped working out. I'm a massage therapist and use my body all day so after a long day of back to back massages my back just gave out. This is why I want to add back exercise cause my body can't take the physical work being so weak! Not sure when I will be able to workout again though not until I'm out of the acute phase of this injury.
I did cranberry the first 2 months but dropped it this last month I have been doing zyrtec but last cycle only used it around ovulation. Haven't used anything else. This last cycle I had 2 attempts first one was 2 days before pos OPK and then again at pos OPK which ended up being about 36 hrs before Ovulation.
I haven't been using any jelly's or supplements just mostly vegetarian LE diet and hot showers before DTD.
Praying this is our month!

I totally understand, I was working at a dog kennel back then and I swear I am still feeling that 7 years later!!
Everything else looks good, I think you just need the "golden egg" to show up!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
