Ok, so I am edging ever closer to our first month of TTC, ekkkk! I have been researching and planning for several months now and had originally decided that I would use Rephresh as part of my girl sway (purchased some off the internet a few months ago now in readiness for TTC in July/August). However, I am now wondering whether it is actually worth using it? Have read differing opinions on it etc. Was thinking of perhaps giving it a go for the first month on a "may as well as I have already spent money buying it" basis. What do you think? Anyone else using it/thinking of using it as part of their sway? Thanks

I think jellies do not do anything, except lowering your chances of getting pregnant.
I used repHresh sanol and had a bad yeast infection ...... and a BFN.Sorry for my bad English! - I am from Austria!!

I don't think it's bringing in the results we would need to see to justify the trouble it causes. I am moving away from it more and more, but most people are going to want to give it one month or two using it. IT is getting identical results with and without it, and both results are identical to the overall success rate of the site, indicating it is doing nothing.

I was going to use it, but decided against it because the stats seem to show that it doesn't help and just lowers your odds of getting pg.

I really really don't want people douching either tho - just wanna throw that out there. If you're a person superconsumed with pH, use a jelly no matter what the stats show. Douching is bad mojo.

I think ph is why rephresh is so 'amazing' for ages we've heard that it is ph that sways and suddenly there's an amazing product that lasts 3 days! Shame it isn't ph that does work or this could have been the magic bullet...alas no, too good to be true is indeed what it is

I agree not looking good for pH here, is it??? All the jellies (not just RepHresh but also Sylk and even Acijel which was supposed to be the "magic" jelly because it has acetic acid) getting the same results as inverse with both the exact same as overall stats of the site = pH ain't doing nuttin.
KUDOS to rainbowflower for thinking of doing the inverses. It really clarifies that the jellies are not getting it done.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Would you suggest skipping it altogether then? I was worried that the diet part of my sway would let me down and ph may therefore be higher than it should (hence feeling the need to incorporate rephresh) but are you saying ph doesn't matter now?
Ive also been trying to ascertain/work out if there has been a change in my cervical mucus (sorry if tmi!) since starting a partial sway diet. Is there any way of telling save for ph test strips? Thanks
