I got my BFP today. I am currently taking 100mg of Ubiquinol in the morning & evening. Do I need to wean off of it or do I quit cold turkey?

What does a weaning schedule look like? I reduced to 1 - 100mg capsule today instead of 2. What do I do now?! How soon do you need to be totally off of it!

you actually don't. It's a common nutrient found in food and it's ~probably~ perfectly fine to continue throughout pregnancy, but it's one of those things where there's not enough info for me to feel super comfortable having you guys continue it at higher intakes, thru the first trimester.
It's fine to reduce to 100 now, then in a couple days start spacing that dose to every other day, then in a couple days go to every 2 days, then 3, then 4, till you're taking it once a week and then you can stop it all together. At the same time be sure you're eating salmon or tuna 2x a week to be sure you're getting enough from diet.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
