I've been (FINALLY!) cleared to exercise and I started two days ago. I want 6 weeks of solid exercise and LE under my belt, in addition to the 5 weeks of LE diet alone I've already done before my attempt. I'm currently still on my progesterone only BCP and breastfeeding my 3 year old once a day or so. I'm wondering if there're any stats or known patterns to help me choose when to drop the pill. I was thinking about quitting after my next AF (I'm almost perfectly in the middle of my cycle ATM) so that I could try about 2 weeks after that, but then I realize that some women don't ovulate their first cycle off the pill and it might be a good idea to chart a cycle first so that I know when to expect ovulation.
Any opinions?

I think it's best to try to catch the first egg using OPK. There is nothing to be gained by wasting a cycle charting because your cycles change from month to month anyway. Just use the OPK and try for one attempt at pos OPK.
