I am trying to determine the best creams and douches for my attempt. I will be going for one attempt with abstinence and cutoff. Hoping to DTD just once.
I have Replen, Refresh, Refresh douche and lime available.
What do you recommend? I was thinking about Replens after AF, Refresh douche prior to attempt then maybe Refresh after...I'm just not sure. Any thoughts? What are you doing?

I won´t use anything since I would really like to get pregnant soon so I can get off the girl diet, my pH has stayed under 5 and my CM has completely dried up.

With cutoff, I like RepHresh best because it keeps working for three days afterwards.
If you take an antihistamine to dry up your CM, you may not need to douche.!!! Questions??
