    Feeling down

I am approx 8 days from our first attempt that ive spent months and months researching and planning. I was exervising but had the flu and had to stop. Ive now got a chest infection and hadnt exercised for a week. I pushed myself today and went to the gym and ive pulled my lower back just feel like so many obsticles are stopping me from exercising its getting me down. I've still lost 10lbs so far just hope I can keep them off.

Also gutted as 3 people I know have just had girls, they were perfect blue swayers too so feeling deflated about that too x

So sorry to hear you are so down win. The best you can do is the best you can do. If you feel that strongly about the exercise wait until the next cycle to do your attempt so you don't regret leaving it out. For me it is probably going to my strongest sway element but like Atomic says there is so magic bullet. Maybe all your illness and such would be a great sway and this month is it?! I can't tell you what to do but just wanted to send virtual hugs!

    Thanks Rosie

You know what I wouldn't hesitate to put ttc back a month as I've done it before twice but thisbtime I don't want to, I am just fed up and want to be pregnant. I feel like my life is on hold until I am and I want to start living and being me again. I am devastated about the exercise thing though but will go back once I am better. Kicking myself for going today now before I was ready and injuring myself x

Dreaming, I had similar circumstances to you and really wanted exercise as part of my sway, but after a week into it I sprained my ankle and was out for over 3weeks! Then I was working night shifts and literally couldn't fit it in on days I was working, so I ended up only doing 4x a week. I felt really gutted at first, but then when I re-evaluated I realised that it was still more exercise than I did with my boys and I did the best I could with my situation and I am happy with that.
I think its really important to be happy about your sway before you attempt - that is relative to there very rarely ever being a 'perfect' month for swaying.
I think you need to ask yourself, that *if* you got pregnant first attempt and *if* it wasn't a girl, would you still be happy that you did what you could? Or would you always be like 'what if'?? That is what I used to ask myself.
    I HTH!

It's not exercise in and of itself, it's maternal condition and if you are not feeling well then you're in lower condition anyway. I'm sorry you are feeling down and I hope things are a little brighter today.

Thanks Atomic. That makes me feel better as I feel appalling! I am now on antibiotics, are those ok for a pink sway? I finish them in 4 days so will have around 3/4 days before our attempt after I finish x

Antibiotics are said by the old-school sway people to sway blue, but I am not at all sure there's anything to it. They believe in a lot of stuff that I think the science just doesn't support like pH. I would have an antihistamine at the ready to dry up EWCM if any
