    Birth Control

    I have been on a birth control pill since my twin girls were born in July 2011. We have 3 girls and I didn't want to chance an oops. We have finally decided to go through with IVF w/ PDG in order to get a boy. I have a consult tomorrow and I would start a cycle in April. Will me being on birth control be an issue since the start of meds is with birth control? Or should I stop until the start of the meds?

    You cannot be on BCP for pretesting. You have to finish the pack, go a full month and with the next real AF you do pretesting.

    You can do pretesting one month and cycle the very next.
