ANYONE CONCEIVE A BOY ON CLOMID?

    Hi all,
I am ttc girl and have read about so many women conceiving girls on clomid but I don't particularly want to take clomid - am wondering what the chances are of conceiving a girl without the Clomid? I have been told to use False Unicorn root which also has the affect of stimulating follicles - has anyone else heard of that?

I have never taken Clomid. My mum had to take it 2 times. First time she had a girl and the second time was a Boy.

Of course people get boys on Clomid. The studies show different % depending on who they were studying, but the Clomid was swaying by 3-5%. I think that swayers who do not have PCOS and who are not using supplemental estrogen or Preseed etc, can expect much higher success than that.

Please do not use false unicorn root. I already explained why in the other thread you posted this in. I don't want anyone using FUR.

You still have every chance in the world at getting a girl without Clomid. Most of the people on here did not take Clomid. I got my girl without Clomid.

Thank you so much for your reply atomoic - I really appreciate your time - I used to be on ingender but no ever replies on there.

Sorry re confusion with clomic - I do believe it is safe - my gyno put me on it last year when I wasn't ovulating very often and he said its very safe - my issue now is really that while I am ovulating on my own I feel like I shouldn't tamper with nature too much as it could back fire on me - in the past when I have tried to control things too much- they always backfired so thought I would try more natural approach.
I am glad to hear clomid really only sways 3-5% anyway - I thought it was more like 30-40% .

As for FUR do u not recommend because its endangered or other health risks? and does it have same sway effect as clomid ?

Can I tell u what I am currently doing or planning to do for sway and feel free to add or comment on anything? Only if u have time.

LE diet (as best as I can)

using summer's eve douche before bd

trying to get DH to FR for 7 days prior (had him abstain for 7 this month but then worried about defective sperm as he is 40

aiming for female zodiac sign (but not too fussed)

    no suppls or vitamins

1)clomid IN STUDIES only sways 3-5%. But those women who are given Clomid because they need it in order to ovulate, often have PCOS which means they are much more likely to have boys to begin with, and also because most people who take Clomid are told to do boy-friendly things like Preseed, SMEP, supplemental Estrogen, and Robi-muci which will undo a lot of the benefits of the Clomid for pink swaying. Despite this, it's STILL swaying by 3-5% in studies.

I do not know and will not guess at the % that it will sway for people who do not have PCOS and who are not doing boy-friendly, fertility boosting stuff. That has not been studied and I actually think you're best off looking at our stats on that. I can all but guarantee that for pink swayers, Clomid gets more than 3-5%.

2)I do not recommend FUR because we don't know how it sways, we don't know if it's safe, most of what is being sold currently as FUR is not even FUR anyway, and to top it all off it is being wiped out in the wild.

No, it does not sway like Clomid.

The rest of your sway looks fine to me, good luck!
