Whole grain breads are better for blue sway http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...-pink-and-blue I'm buying bread which is supposed to have 7 sort of grains in it, I'm buying it in my local bakery and it's pricey. I believe white bread is not an option for serious blue swayers like us LOL!

From IG I know white rice should be OK for boy sway, but I'm trying to limit it to once a week tops because I've used to eat a lot white rice with chicken when I conceived my girls.

Plain pasta-I'm not sure, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I'm eating it with oversalted tomato sauce with garlic! YUM! It's even better with parmesan on top, too bad it's not an option. I eat pasta with tomato sauce ( sometimes I add minced meat in it, and again lots of garlic) at least 3 times a week.

I used to eat it with tons of parmesan ( or some other hard cheese on it) when I conceived my DDs. So no cheese for me!

ITA with ZB, I do still eat white pasta, but load it up with sauce and salt and garlic. And it is delicious!

Bread I ate a whole grain variety, but maybe only had a couple of slices a week. And I did still eat the occasional croissant, based on the French diet that's all good :-)

Also I wasn't concerned about calcium so did eat things like quinoa and barley and wheatberries. All are such good sources of nutrients.

Lots of my carbs were fruit.

Boiled macaroni and boiled white rice is low in magnesium so when we add meat and tomato souse Im sure is all ok to eat it.

Im eating this bread , Kristin said it's very good for blue and she will add it to the list. Don't know if she did it yet she is very busy right now.

Protein plus carbs = boys! So you can eat simple, white carbs WITH protein, like spaghetti and meat sauce and you'll always be swaying blue, for muscle growth and blood sugar.

Complex carbs like whole grains are also good especially when eating with protein. Any whole grain, whole wheat bread is just fine, pick the one you like!! Complex carbs also help keep blood sugar steady and may help raise testosterone.
