Ok so I have read conflicting information on stress and ttc girl. Some say people in high stress careers have girls, others say stress increases testosterone and sways boy. So which is it?
I have always been pretty stressy, and when ttc with my boys I had stressful job, but great home life. Now my job is fine and my home life is still great but with two little ones I'm often stressed from the sound of crying, running around after them, trying to stop them from killing themselves in almost every environment etc etc. ;-)
So I can't see how my stress levels have changed, if anything i'm more highly strung now, and often feel stressed. Will this hurt my girl sway? I'm not exercising just in case, because I don't want to make it worse, also, I don't have much left to loose before I get to underweight BMI (3-6 pounds left to go) so I don't want to exercise and gain muscle because I do gain muscle very quickly.
So will stress hurt my sway? Anyone got experience with stress and had a girl? or a boy?

I have wondered the same, statistics clearly show women in high stress jobs have girls! Sooo conflicting.
I Have a bad temper and am stressed, angry, quick to yell ...have two boys and another on the way so that would prove the opposite. So hmmm no clue!
Do angrier people hav higher testosterone from that alone?DS 12008

Wondering the same! I'm a stressed person! Very easy hyperventilating and have 5 boys. I'm 4 dpo now and I'm so scared that I am pregnant with another boy because I had some very stressfull -fight or flight- situations the week before O.

Aggression and Testosterone definitely have a relationship! But I don't know if stress and testosterone have a relationship.
But with women in very stressed jobs - that could also be because of their eating habits. If they have very stressful jobs its very likely they haven't time to sit down and eat a proper meal and eat little snacks with little nutritional value. I think it might just be one of those thinks where there is a positive correlation, but too many factors to determine stress is the actual swaying factor.2005

I just found this - BUT I do NOT know how legit this website is.
"The body’s response to increased stress is to release cortisol, the stress hormone. Since cortisol is important to biological functions like glucose metabolism, blood pressure regulation, insulin release, immune function, and the inflammatory (healing) response, let’s make sure we have as much of it as possible.
Since increased cortisol (and in fact, all glucocorticoids) brings with it decreased testosterone, we want to make sure that we make a mountain out of every molehill we come across. Someone cut you off in traffic? Curse, rant, rave, flip that $#*!% off. Coworker screw up? Ha! We don’t make mistakes in the office, so let them have it! And if your spouse says something that could possibly be offensive, but probably wasn’t intended to be, make sure you take it the wrong way."

Absolutely loved that article posted by Tiggerian. Too funny. Maybe I'll include massive shouting matches and all night binge drinking fests in my sway.
