Which seems to be the better option? I can't decide. Moderate exercise actually sways blue, correct? Ht is the effectiveness of just losing weight with LE diet and no exercise?

As I have understood, it is the intense excercise (like 6 days a week) that sways pink.
Therefore I've decided to stick with the couch potato option for now.
Usually i do moderate cardio about 3 times a week (like spinning/rpm) and dance classes but due to some back problems I haven't done it for a few weeks. I figure that since I wont be able to do it as much as i think is needed for swaying, I wont do it at all.Gorgeous4

The exercise has been seeing really good results but it has to be a certain amount so if you can't commit it is better to do the couch potato. I remember atomic saying she wish she never said the word intense. What it is...is exercising 5-6 days a week at 60+ minutes in the form of cardio. So power walking or cycling, jogging, elliptical machine, treadmill... a lot of women do the leslie sansone dvds. I personally have the 5 mile fat burning walk dvd of hers. It is just power walking, nothing overly intense. It isn't about wanting to basically die for an hour straight, lol. The point is to exercise for 60 minutes because it takes over the 45 minute mark to really get into the fat burning zone. I suspect that the whole exercising almost everyday has something to do with it too as your body doesn't have time to recuperate.
If you choose exercise just be sure to steer clear of anything strength building like weights, push-ups, pull-ups etc. Look up aerobic or cardio exercise online and you will find many examples of what to do!DS 12008

I'm choosing exercise because it seems to be the single most effective pink sway tactic in conjunction with the LE diet. You DO have to commit to 60 minutes of it at a time, breaking it up wouldn't be effective.
It's my last shot, and I know I'd regret not trying the one thing that's getting the best resultsMy Gender Dream came true, my family is complete!

For what is it worth...I think the exercise with diet is MY best shot at a girl. If I wasn't doing the exercise I wouldn't feel as confident in my ability at getting a girl. I just have a really really good feeling about it. So follow your gut feelings!

Atomic said this in the "at home workout" post....
I think the 60 min. is more important than the 7 days a week, if you could manage 4 or 5 days instead that would still probably be ok. If it's only going to be 2-3 times a week I feel less confident in that amount.
I like Walk away the pounds for TTC pink, it's very easy to do!!
I plan to do 5 days at 60 minutes. Since the exercising with diet and one attempt seem to be doing so great I think that's the best choice for me.Mom of 2 boys K-11and K-7
