This info is probably somewhere but I hope to start today, and I'm so confused. I was standing in front of supplements last night and then thought, maybe supplements are for the IG diet and not LE, so I left.
Are you supposed to use supplements on LE? I *think* I read that supplements aren't a great idea because you're supposed to be LE and that would increase the nutrients?
What supplements are helpful for a girl sway while attempting LE?
I'm so confused. I should have started planning this while DH was still "no" to a third, but I was surprised that (after 4 years) he finally agreed. Now I feel like time is of the essence because I always said I had to be done with pregnancy after 35. Guess who's 35? ME!
I appreciate all the info that's on this site, but I'm so confused! All this info is swimming around my head at all hours trying to sort out what would be best for me. I'm waaaaay overweight (was with my boys as well). Each of my successful pregnancies, I started at 250 pounds (just a bit over that now). I don't know if that means anything RE: dieting, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
Sorry so long, but I want to start ASAP because I plan to try during the first week of April.
Thanks in advance for ANY answers, advice or suggestions.

Ok first of all I'm gunna try to answer all yours toons but please know most of this is just what I'm doing and so it's my personal opinion from what I have learned here. You should still try to erase arch for yourself so you can decide what will work for you.
1. Stop stressingit sways boy. I have a type a personality where everything I do I must win and be the best, a bit OCD, and have anxiety. All this is typical of boy mamas. I know it's hard but just relax and do what you can and as you find more info just add or eliminate whatever you find.
2. No supplements in the way of nutritious supplements. The things some pink sways are taking are saw palmetto (standardized) from af-o, vitex (adviced to use 6 weeks before first attempt then af-o), folic acid (only nutritious supplement) af-af, baby asprin 2-5/week af-af (after bfp you need to slowly ween off asprin), antihistamines when ewcm is present (zyrtec), fiber (I guess this is nutritious but it help prevent fat absobtion). Those are what I'm taking there may be more you can take but I don't remember. If these won't work for you, remember no stress they are not magic bullets. There is no magic bullet.
3. Start le diet ASAP. It's advised to be on it at least 6 weeks before first attempt but at least 12 weeks is ideal. I know you want to attempt in April again don't stress, you may not even get bfp the first or second month trying.
4. If you can 60 mins of cardio 5-7 day per week has been getting great results. If you want to do this start ASAP. It's advised at least 6 weeks before attempt. But again you may not get bfp first month. I'm doing couch to 5k (twice in a row to equal 60 mins) 3 days a week and Leslie sansone 5 mile fat burning walk 3 days a week. I hate running and am surprised to be enjoying this.
5. One bd attempt is getting good results. If you use opks bd once at positive opk and that's it. Or if you don't do opks bd once every 4 days. This should do the same thing.
6. If dh wants to help he can take baby asprin 2-5/week and licorice root from your af-o. I believe there may be more but can't remember.
7. Alcohol for dw and dh can help

Praying pink has great advice. We're pretty much ALL doing fiber supplements taken before meals. They absorb nutrients, like fat and vitamins, rather than adding them, so they sway pink.
DO LE ASAP! Go vegetarian and stay below 1800 calories, 40-50 g of protein and 25-60 g of fat, for starters. A lot of us have stopped watching sodium and potassium, and atomic isn't convinced they sway much, if at all, so that's a decision for you to make individually. Personally, I think LE is 1000 times easier without watching salt intake
Exercise, exercise, exercise!!! An hour of exercise 5-7 times a week for an hour minimum per day is getting 90% pink results, and if you have a lot to lose, there's no reason not to. Choose cardio that makes you sweat, not anything that builds muscle or adds weights. Don't worry about heart rate, just do something challenging for YOU that you can keep up for an hour. I've been speedwalking on the treadmill and doing the elliptical.
If you want more time on LE and exercise while still "trying," I'd go superstrict on the elements that sway pink, but tend to delay conception. Tightie whities, hot bath, antihistimine and LR for DH, antihistimine and acijel for you.
I'm with you, sister! I'm turning 35 in May, and this is DH's reluctant allowing me to sway girl for our third child. I'm all for giving it the best possible shot possible. Good luck!My Gender Dream came true, my family is complete!

We use some supps on LE Diet that are similar to the IG ones, and not others.
Above all else, we don't follow the "cookie cutter" prescription where everyone does the exact same thing because not everything is right for each individual. That's what we have the sway plans for.
I would really not have you start now to TTC in April, is there any way you can postpone even just one more month??!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I know, it's short timing. A few weeks really isn't enough to sway anything, is it? That was my first thought, but then someone pointed out a little is better than nothing. Do you think it's wasted effort to even try to sway for a few short weeks?
From what I've read, it's optimal to be swaying at least 6 weeks before (preferably more). Does it count that I've been dieting and have lost about 8 pounds in the past month?
For right now, I'm planning to begin trying beginning of April, but once I get closer to the date, I may decide to sway a little longer (since DH's not actually aware that I plan to try next cycle, that's just MY plan). Every day feels like an eternity!

I say start le diet. there's no garantee that you'll concieve first or even second cycle. I do however agree that if it's possible to wait a month then do but yes start no regardless. And yes weightloss sways girl by it's self

Yes, I've started the diet. Having a hard time getting everything in, but I'm doing it. Did one 60 min session of cardio the other night (didn't die as expected). I figure I'm doing what I can and if I catch the egg, we'll see if my short sway attempt worked and if we don't then I'll have the 6+ weeks in for 2nd attempt.
I want a girl to complete my family, but my concern lays more with a healthy baby (we had 2 m/c before our first son and a second trimester loss before my second son). I've always wanted girls but I love my boys with all my heart. At 35, I'm more concerned about egg quality and ability to have a healthy baby due to previous experiences. I would be OVER THE MOON to get my girl, but I've already accepted a third boy may be the child to complete our family.
Having said all of that....I'm going to do what I can to sway girl and hope for the best. If I had found this site before DH agreed, I might have done the personalized sway plan, I'm just not sure how long it takes or if it will be helpful for only a few weeks before first attempt. I am contemplating doing it in case this attempt does not result in pregnancy....then I'd have another month to sway with the plan....

Hi Angie, I'd definitely go ahead and buy the plan if I were you. It'll take a lot of your stress away! When I began this swaying journey I had NO idea where to begin and the plan saved me a lot of time and worry. One thing I would say is not to rush into conceiving. I've read too many people's stories where they just wanted to get pregnant but then have a lot of regret and gender disappointment. I think you'll feel better knowing you did all you could to sway and by the sounds of it, won't be too upset about having an opposite which is great because there are no guarantees anyway! But as this is your last child (going by what you said) I really do think you'll be happier knowing you gave it your all. Obviously this is entirely up to you!!..BUT if I were you I'd wait until at least May for your attempt, the more weight you lose beforehand the better!! Wishing you the best :-)

If I know you need a plan right away I can bump you to the top of the line and even email it to you immediately upon completion (it sometimes takes a day to get it posted into your private coaching forum)
