Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I skipped breakfast everyday, which killed me. haha. I cut back on protein and ate chicken only once a day, if at all, ate more salads and carbs. I however, did NOT cut back on sodium.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Only a couple of weeks. I started after Christmas, got pregnant in Jan, started eating better, lost that pregnancy and got back on the LE diet. So for this try, I was only really dieting a couple of weeks.

Yes

No change really.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

Both DH and I drank coffee regularly and he is a Diet Coke addict. I drank a lot of Sprite Zero. I also had a glass of wine each night and DH usually had a beer or two.

I quit working out a couple of weeks leading up to O. Gained maybe a pound due to no exercising and eating more carbs.

I wore a rose quartz bracelet, used lavendar lotion and had the fan on while we slept. DH had a hot shower before every attempt.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

First try after miscarriage, RePhresh, very acidic environment, skipping breakfast, no cardio, FR beginning several days ahead and J&D with each attempt.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

We very loosely swayed since its the first, so I probably wasn't as strict as I could have been about diet. I definitely had some of the "no no"s here and there. Next time will definitely cut out sodium and the calcium/magnesium supps.

Moon was in a boy phase (Leo I think), as was biorhythm.

Things worth mentioning:

We'll definitely try for our girl again, but I'll buy the diet plan and stick to the swaying a little closer and stick to it for a few more weeks.
