CD 10 and spotting?

I had the same thing at the exact same CD last cycle, though it was from baking soda finger but I have not done them this time yet.. it is old blood by the look of it, should I be concerned. Wouldn't be a sign of low progesterone, would it

Crashing- my close friend gets this every cycle and it's about 2-4 days before ovulation. She has 3 kids and it's never affected her in any way. Her Dr. tested her and her hormones were fine. (hugs) xoxo I hope that this is your month!

5, if you had low prog, you would spot before af, not before O

Nope, not on CD 10. I have had midcycle spotting from time to time, more when I was younger. I wouldn't worry over it.

Yes, I would suspect it's related to ovulation, though it does seem a bit early for true O spotting. Don't worry about it, if anything it will help raise your pH.
